The Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Serbia prohibits any unauthorised copying, be it manual or software-based, of the content or any part of the content published on the website. The term “content” means textual elements of any webpage, commercial messages/advertisements, user data, interesting facts, photographs, logos, graphic design solutions, and any other content considered a work of authorship under the Law on Copyright and Related Rights. Infringers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
