Online payment by credit card is carried out via bank adapter. The bank that we selected for such service, as well as the services of payment card processing, is UniCredit Group Bank Zagreb. If you decide to pay by credit card, before entering the information on the card during the payment procedure, you will be redirected to the bank adapter. For security reasons, the entire transaction will be carried out at bank adapter via HTTPS protocol. This type of communication with bank processor is completely safe. However, bear in mind that safe connection with the bank means exactly what it says- safe connection,  which guarantees that the connection will not be intercepted. Nevertheless, you are not protected from possible problems that you may have on your PC, such as viruses, Trojan Horse virus or similar malware. The bank processor cannot have impact or be responsible for any problems caused by mishandling or improper maintenance of the personal PC by the Buyer or page user.

If you have received the package and, after opening the package, determined that the delivered products are not the products you have ordered or the information on the invoice are incorrect, please send us an e-mail with your information (first name, last name, telephone number) within 24 hours at: online.en@auramakeup.eu and a detailed description of the issue.

You can buy products on our online shop without registration. All you need to do is to fill in the necessary information, so that we could send you the products that you have ordered.

One of the basic principles that company Aura insists upon is presenting and launching the products which are not harmful for humans and the environment. Therefore, we are cruelty-free company and none of Aura products is tested on animals.

Yes you can, but you need to cancel the order within 30 minutes from the moment of sending the order. You can cancel the order via e-mail: online.en@auramakeup.eu

The courier shall try to deliver each package twice. In case you are not present at the delivery address, the courier service usually contacts you at telephone number you have specified during the order creation and agrees on the new delivery time. If the courier does not find you at the delivery address for the second time, the package will be returned. After the package has been returned to us, we will contact you in order to determine the reason of delivery failure and agree on the new delivery.
