TERMS OF SALE
These terms of sale define the procedure of ordering, payment, delivery and return, i.e. complaints regarding the products which are offered on our intent pages. The Seller of the products which are offered in web shop (hereinafter referred to as “products”) is AURA MAKE UP d.o.o. Samoborska cesta 134, Zagreb, while the Buyer is the visitor of internet catalog who chooses minimum one product, fills in electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.
ORDERING
The products are ordered via electronic form. The Buyer is to fill in the Profile which contains basic information on the payment and delivery of the selected products. The Buyer will be informed about the completed order via e-mail.
After selecting the desired products, you can click on product details and find out more about a specific product. If you wish to buy the product, click on the cart, and the product will be automatically sent to the cart. You can choose the quantity of the products or simply cancel the order in the cart section. Your cart is visible and accessible at all times, so you can continue checking our offer. When you finish shopping, go to the cart and select the option “finish the order”. Notification on successfully completed shopping will be sent to your e-mail address.

We accept credit card payments.
