Terms of Delivery
After confirmation, the order enters the processing status. After processing your order, you will be notified of the status of your order by email.
The order processing period is usually 3-5 working days. For all orders sent on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.
From that moment on, the delivery time is max 5 working days.
Receiving the delivery
Overseas couriers (our external delivery service provider), brings the orders to the delivery address in a period ranging from 08:00-16:00h. Please ensure that during that period a person who can take over the package will be at the stated address. When receiving the delivery, you need to visually check the package to make sure there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may also be damaged, do not accept the package and inform us immediately, by email firstname.lastname@example.org If the delivery is apparently damage-free, feel free to take over the package and sign the courier address form. The courier tries to deliver each package on two occasions. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the stated address, they will call you on the phone number you provided when creating a purchase order and determine a new delivery date. If they do not find you at the address again, the package will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the package, we will contact you in order to determine the reason for non-reception and agree on re-sending.
The price of delivery depends on the zone or country to which it is sent.
